About the recording.

As you can see, one person has already uploaded a recording! Please listen to the recording and make comments, ask questions, etc.

Before you start: make sure your computer has a working microphone (inbuilt or plug-in, it doesn't matter).

Making a podcast
 
1. To make your own podcast (= audio recording), first open Movie Teleco (download this here if you haven't already got it) or, if you are using a Mac, Garage Band.

2. Save your recording as an MP3 file and upload it to SoundCloud. Choose the "private" setting if you do not want strangers to listen to it!

3. Click on "Share" (on the SoundCloud page) and then click on "Embed".

4. Copy the embed HTML (this is the code that identifies your recording).

5. Then leave SoundCloud and go to Blogger.

6. Select the "New Post" option on Blogger and click on the "HTML" tab.

7. Paste the HTML in, and type a few empty spaces after it.

8. Then click on the "Compose" tab and add a post title and any message you want to accompany the recording.

9. Then click "Publish" to post your recording. That's it - finished! You can edit posts as much as you like after publishing them, but please do not delete them altogether.

Please listen to other people's recordings and ask questions, make comments, etc. Make sure to answer any questions or comments you receive about your own podcast.
